It’s been a little while, and I’m so excited to finally share what I’ve been building with you.

Ember Wellness Collective is officially opening its doors in Lake Mills! 🔥

What started as a passion for helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident has grown into a space where movement, wellness, and community all come together.

Group classes officially begin September 8th, and I’d love to have you back in the studio for this next chapter.
