Personal Touch Pilates Since 2017, we've been proud to offer our Pilates instruction to the Lake Mary community

At Personal Touch Pilates, we provide a safe and encouraging space for students to master the art of Pilates. Strengthening the core and improving spinal mobility, Pilates improves posture and develops strength and increases flexibility. Regular Pilates practice will help alleviate chronic pain and manage stress allowing students to live happier and healthier lives. Whether individuals are joining

us for the first time or more experienced students are returning for an intermediate session, everyone can expect to receive informative and attentive instruction from our certified trainer. If one thing’s for sure, it’s that students of all levels will feel stronger and more balanced after participating in a session with us!
