I'm a 36 year old mom of two. I started my personal fitness journey 8 years and two kids ago. I lost 60 pounds after each of my pregnancies. It wasn't an easy process, but through it I found my love of all things fitness and health. I'm starting a new chapter in my life with new adventures, which involves pursuing my passion for the fitness industry. I've learned a lot along my journey and I would

love to share it with you. I learned that exercise only gets you so far without cleaning up your diet. I learned that you're never too old to learn new things like handstands, or start new hobbies like AcroYoga. Every person is different and no journey is the same but I would love to help you with yours.
