Hello Everyone,

The Fall Operation 36 schedule and program information are attached. Classes begin September 8, so there is not much time left to sign up!

Operation 36 is a fun, beginner-friendly program designed to help people learn the game of golf in a comfortable and encouraging environment. Instead of beginning from the traditional tees, players start closer to the green and work toward shooting a score of 36 or better for nine holes. As their skills and confidence improve, they gradually move farther away from the hole.

The program includes:

Group golf instruction
Nine-hole, on-course play
Access to the Operation 36 app
Practice tips and instructional videos
GPS features
Helpful information about golf rules, etiquette, and the game itself
A wonderful opportunity to meet other people in the Lake Kiowa community

All ladies, men, and couples are welcome—no previous golf experience is necessary! Whether you have never picked up a golf club, have played only a few times, or simply want to become more comfortable and confident on the course, Operation 36 is a great place to start.

We will also offer evening classes this fall! Our first class will begin at 5:00 PM. If that class fills, we will add a second class at 6:00 PM.

If you live in our community and do not know much about golf, I truly encourage you to give Operation 36 a try. It is a relaxed and enjoyable way to learn, get outside, meet new people, and become more involved in one of the activities our community has to offer.

Last chance to sign up for the Junior Club Championship this weekend!

Kids must be members of Lake Kiowa.

First state bank will be sponsoring these kiddos as usual. We really appreciate all they do for Lake Kiowa and kids! We LOVE our first state bank!

We also lost our second sponsor so if you would like to buy or cook lunch for these kiddos on Saturday afternoon, we are looking for one more sponsor. Please come see me.

We are incredibly proud of the Callisburg golf team and medalists that have competed and represented our community at the State Golf Tournament the last two weeks!
