This week, we're proud to shine the spotlight on our friends at ASCUBA Venture in Corpus Christi!

For years, ASCUBA Venture has been introducing new divers to the underwater world while building a strong diving community along the Texas Coast. From Open Water certification and continuing education to local rig diving and exciting travel opportunities, their team is passionate about helping divers grow their skills and confidence.

One of the things we appreciate most is seeing their students continue their training right here at Mammoth Lake Texas. Whether it's perfecting buoyancy, building confidence, or completing certification dives, it's always a pleasure to welcome the ASCUBA Venture family to the lake.

🤿 NARCOSIS ANONYMOUS | REAL-WORLD TRAINING IN ACTION 🤿

At Mammoth Lake Texas, our interns don't just practice skills—they put them to work.

As members of the Narcosis Anonymous Internship Program, our Texas A&M University at Galveston students gain hands-on experience by tackling real projects that directly improve Mammoth Lake Texas while preparing them for professional careers in diving.

This week, our interns trained with lift bags to search for, recover, and safely remove damaged underwater platforms and debris for repair.

These aren't simulated classroom exercises.

They're real-world diving operations that require planning, teamwork, communication, buoyancy control, problem-solving, and safe lifting techniques—the same types of skills professional Divemasters use to solve challenges underwater.

Every project helps our interns develop confidence while making Mammoth Lake Texas a better place for every diver who visits.
