Evolution Fitness Lake Jackson will be holding some of the Bodypump and Body Combat style classes we had a Family Fitness as well!
They have added new classes to their schedule!

And they are working very hard to expand their childcare!

Here is our group fitness schedule for August, we are excited about all the new classes we are adding and hope that you will support and attend them so we can keep them on the schedule. The Body Combat and Silver & Fit programs do not start until Monday (August 12th).

Hi guys!

I thought share a little about myself.
Born and raised in Lake Jackson, I graduated from Brazoswood High School in 2006 and completed my bachelor’s degree in 2010 from University of St Thomas in Houston.

I have a wonderful husband, Shakeib Baradhi, and am a mommy of two beautiful children.

I received my certification in personal training in 2015 from National Academy of Sports Medicine with specializations in Corrective Exercise, Nutrition and Women’s Fitness. Exercise has been a passion of mine for many years and I am compassionate about helping individuals achieve the highest potential for quality of life.

For me, exercise isn’t JUST about looking good. It’s about feeling good, being strong, and loving the capabilities you can gain through fitness.
