International paddle day on Lake Hopatcong! 🌍🌊🏄‍♂️ Got the boys out today, one all the way from Germany and one straight from Jersey!

I first taught Thorsten to paddleboard back in Germany on inflatable boards. Fast forward to today and getting him on a properly sized hard board made ALL the difference! 🤯💪

Such a great day on the water with great company! 🙌☀️

We had 3 generations out on Greenwood Lake today for a SUP lesson and every single one of them absolutely killed it! 🎉🏄‍...

Paddleboard sprints were on the agenda today! 💪🌊 One of my absolute favorite spots and I had the whole bay to myself 🤩

Pushing hard and working on getting my shoulders stacked on my left side. Sounds simple right? Not so fast! 😅 A rib injury makes it incredibly difficult. Finding my own way to do things. 💙

And of course .... a swim had to happen. 😂 No regets!

Paddle nerd moment! 🤓🏄‍♂️ Tinkering with my paddle length on my QuickBlade Paddles Stingray today. Going shorter and shorter and feeling out how each adjustment affects my shoulder.

The right paddle length makes such a big difference in your stroke efficiency and it has changed so much over the years. Still dialing it in but that is all part of the process! 💪🌊

What an amazing day for a lesson on Greenwood Lake today! 🌊☀️ Abigail started on an 11 foot board, switched to a 10 foot mid-lake, looped around Chapel Island and paddled the East Arm like she had been doing it for years!

The right size equipment, conditions and instruction make all the difference. 😎..
