Every year that has passed since your passing four years ago, I ask myself why? Why were you taken from us? It’s not fair. I miss you. We miss you. I think of you every single day since you left us and although they said it gets easier with time, for me it’s harder. I wish you were with us to share so many things. I cherish every moment we shared together and I hold them close and dear in my heart. I love you for ever and ever .anthony26

John-Anthony. My heart will ache forever. You left us too soon but I promise that I will always remember you and think of all the times we shared and I will cherish all the memories forever. "Be the light" This phrase means so much because "I" want to be the light, the example, the road my little girl will follow in her life as she watches me exercise and take care of my body. I have worked so hard to lose 65+ lbs and yes I have gained a few pounds back but I will never, ever give up striving to be my very best everyday. I am not by any means perfect not do I pretend to be but I want my example to Maya to be as perfect as possible in so many aspects specially when it comes to taking care of her body. I grew up hating my body specially in my teenage years and it took me into my late 30's to accept and love myself and I only hope that by leading by example to my baby girl she will love herself no matter what BUT will also take care of her body, mind and soul by exercising and living a healthy life.
