Andres is spicing up our setting with a brand-new “Skills Progression Exercise,” inspired by his time at in Japan! 🇯🇵💪
This program features three key categories:
💪🏽 Physical
🤹 Coordination
⚖️ Balance
Each category has four levels to help you develop essential climbing skills.
For example: Physical- level 1, or Balance- level 3.
This is designed to help climbers move away from grade chasing, and embrace focused training tailored to what they to progress in.
Don’t worry—this won’t replace our grading system; it will simply add extra climbs to each new set.
