After an unforgettable season with the Jr Ducks 12UAA team, Coach Larry Barron is excited to step into a new role with the Lady Ducks 12UAAA team.
With a 41–9–1 record, a State Championship appearance, and 3 banners, he brings a proven track record of developing players both on and off the ice.
His focus goes beyond wins—building confidence, character, and a true love for the game.

We’re excited to invite you to join Coach Barron and his staff as they build on an incredible season following their run with the 12UAA Jr Ducks team.
This past season, the team:
• Finished with an impressive 41–9–1 overall record
• Went 7–2 in playoffs, earning a spot in the State Championship game
• Brought home three championship banners (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving)

More than just the results, this group was built on strong development, team culture, and a competitive environment that pushed players to the next level. We’re looking forward to bringing that same energy, structure, and success to the upcoming season with the 14UAA team. Our coaching staff seeks players committed to becoming polished, well-rounded hockey players, not just participants. This program is designed for athletes with strong character, a strong work ethic, and a genuine drive to improve. We are building a team of mentally strong, coachable players who understand that hockey is hard- and we want players who push back!!  Negative body language, poor attitudes, and petulance will not align with the culture we are building. 
We are looking for families who:
• Fully support the process
• We want families who are their player’s biggest supporter - not their biggest fan!!

Proud of this group!! Came together when it mattered most!! 1-0 mentality with blocked shots, chips n chasen and making it extre hard on a great LV team that was very well coached. 2-0 victory with an EN goal. They sacrificed all self accolades to put the team first. We grew as a group this weekend.
