Pre-season basketball camps start next week! 🏀

Pre-season basketball offers athletes a great opportunity to develop and improve the skills needed to excel in the game of basketball. Athletes will work on ball handling, shooting, passing, and basic offensive and defensive techniques.

Each class includes 30 minutes of skill development followed by 30 minutes of scrimmage and game play. Open to boys and girls, grades 1-6.

While we can all agree our beach is amazing, the latest increase in fly activity is not!

This is a recurring seasonal issue at Forest Park Beach, and the City is taking steps to manage the nuisance and help everyone who visits the beach have a more pleasant experience.

A targeted treatment will be applied Friday morning, September 4, using an EPA-approved product and following all applicable safety guidelines.

Thank you to those who have brought this seasonal concern to our attention!
