Family Martial Arts Center, Inc. FMAC teaches traditional Korean martial arts: Taekwondo, Hapkido and Kumdo. Taekwondo emphasizes fast and powerful kicking techniques.

The martial arts offer benefits to children, men and women of all ages, developing discipline, concentration, confidence, physical fitness, self-control and self-defense. At FMAC, we focus on traditional Korean martial arts: Taekwondo, Hapkido and Kumdo (Kendo). Hapkido, Korean form of self-defense, uses locks, grappling, throwing, kicks, punches and weapons. Kumdo encompasses Korean swordsmanship

. We provide classes for kids as young as 3 years old, teens and adults with small group and attention to individual instruction.
