My wall is almost finished. I've had all of this and more in boxes for years until my boys and nephews questioned where I went to school. I've shown them the boxes of d1 and d2 letters but I ultimately ended up going to a JC, not because i wasn't good enough to make it apparently I just wasn't good at taking test (SAT).

My boys and nephews have endless questions about sports and medals. I always remind them that it doesn't get handed to you, it's earned in the hours no one sees. I wasnt pushed to be the best because I was never suppose to have the accolades I have, to be honest i shouldnt even have made it as far as I did. But God, he does remarkable things in the people that we least expect. Everything they said I wouldn't be able to do he made it possible but not without trail, error and work. Stop limiting yourself, EVERYTHING is obtainable with the help of the lord.

Portion control when you don't have the ability to be active, but honestly we can all find 30 minutes a day to do something. In my bigger days i use to watch TV and when the commercials came on I would plank or do some squats until my show was back on. It's will power not time you have an issue with.
