Action Martial Arts — Who We Are

Action Martial Arts in Lake City is an all‑inclusive martial arts school built for kids who often get overlooked: students on the autism spectrum, kids with ADHD, anxiety, learning disabilities, behavioral challenges, and children who simply need a structured place where they belong.

We teach taekwondo, grappling, karate, and—more importantly—confidence, self‑regulation, teamwork, and discipline. Every child is included in the games, the drills, and the team. No one sits out. No one is left behind.

Scholarship Program

The article explains your scholarship program clearly:
Kids start with a two‑week free trial
Families who need help can apply privately
I don’t run background checks or complicated qualifications
I pray over each decision
Scholarships are funded directly through lesson fees
When a family becomes able to pay again, they let me know so another child can take the scholarship spot

Right now, out of roughly 18–22 students, three children are on scholarship — and the need is growing.

A gift of $50 a month helps a child train, get a uniform, and be part of a team that builds confidence and life skills. If someone wants to sponsor a child or support the scholarship fund, they can reach you directly at 870‑573‑9978.

Weekly Class Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Class for kids on the spectrum, struggle with anxiety or anything is from 5-530. (It's a slower pace class to teach them routine, structure and basics to prep for other class)
Little Ninjas (Ages 5–9) — 5:30–6:15
Ages 10–17 — 6:30–7:30
Adults (Tuesday & Thursday) — 7:30–8:30
