The Aug Program will consist of:
- 1.25 Mile run.
- 25 live fire WOD exercises.
- 7 Mile Ruck Race.

Registration deadline is 2 days prior to the event so we can plan and set up accordingly, as well as purchase the proper amount of post comp chow.

R3 – Station 3: Pistol + Suitcase Deadlift

R3 – Station 4: Pistol + Halos

R3 – Station 5: Pistol + Kettlebell Sn**ch

R3 – Station 6: Pistol + Tire Flip

R3 – Station 7: Pistol + Single Bottom-Up Kettlebell Press

R3 – Station 8: Pistol + Russian Twists

R3 – Station 9: Pistol + Pike Push-Up

R3 – Station 10: Pistol + 90-Degree Hold on pull up bar

R8L – Station 1: Pistol + Zercher Squat (Ammo Can Weighted Bar )

R8L – Station 5: Pistol +  Mixed Carry (one up on shoulder one down)

R8R – Station 1:  Carbine + Lamb Carry

R8R – Station 2:  Carbine + 90 Degree Squat Hold (weighted)

R8R – Station 3:  Carbine + (weighted) Jump Rope

R8R – Station 5:  Carbine + Double Hammer Curls

•R9 – Station 1: Carbine + Gorilla Rows (Ammo Can) + 25 yard sprint.

R9 – Station 2: Carbine + Mace Tire Slams + 25 yard sprint.

R9 – Station 3: Carbine + Overhead Walking Lunges + 25 yard sprint.

R9 – Station 4:  Carbine + Sandbag Clean and Press + 25 yard sprint.

R9 – Station 5:  Carbine + Plyo Pushups + 25 yard sprint.

Ruck Route 7 Miles.
