Weโ€™re excited to officially welcome Dixie County Junior/High School Bassmasters to our club tournament series this season, along with North Florida Anglers !

Bringing our three local clubs together adds another layer of friendly competition to tournament days while giving our student anglers the chance to meet, compete with, and build friendships with anglers from other clubs across North Florida.

Each club will still compete ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ฐ๐ง ๐œ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐› ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ, while weโ€™ll also crown ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ญ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐œ๐ก๐š๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ at each event. ๐Ÿ†

There will be a meeting at Maโ€™s Place next Wednesday (8/26/2026) to help anglers get registered for the upcoming season. Reminder- North Florida Angler membership meeting will be held Tuesday, 6/9 for all surrounding counties grades 2-12. This is an open club for all anglers residing in the North Florida area. You can do only local tournaments or travel and fish the Florida Elite Series.

Today was a bittersweet day for the Columbia High Bassmasters. It marks the end of a great season and the end of our club. But bigger and better things are to come!! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŽฃ
All of our teams weighed in today, with junior team Ace Whitcomb and Kellen Keen placing 3rd in the State Championship on Lake Seminole ๐Ÿ†
Ace and Kellen have had a great year! Congratulations boys!!!

Not only did we wrap up our season today, but our seniors, Clayton Barry and Tanner Sikes, weighed in for the last time with CHS. Clayton and Tanner have represented CHS Bassmasters well over the past year, winning multiple trails, Anglers of the Year, a State Championship, and earning multiple bids to National Championships. We wish Clayton and Tanner the best as they start the next chapters of their lives. We know they will do great things and we will miss them.

All six teams battled through a long, grueling day in the sun and every single team brought fish to the scales.
