Acro is about so much more than learning impressive tricks.

The skills you see are built on strength, flexibility, body control, technique, and a whole lot of repetition.

Our Acro instructors are Acrobatic Arts certified, bringing structured, progression-based training into the classroom so dancers can build skills safely, correctly, and with a strong technical foundation.

We’re not interested in rushing dancers to the next skill. We want them to understand how to build it, and have the strength and control to perform it well.

That’s how stronger, more confident acro dancers are made.

Meet our 2026–2027 Junior Assistants: Raelyn, Aubri, Ian, Kylie, and Averie. 🖤

Our Junior Assistants are an important part of the classroom. They provide consistent support to our instructors, work directly with younger dancers, reinforce directions, help with transitions, model classroom expectations, and begin learning how to manage the flow of a class.

At Legacy, assisting is more than simply helping out. Our Assistant Program is an intentional leadership and teacher-training pathway designed to develop responsibility, professionalism, communication, confidence, and leadership skills over time.

We love giving our dancers opportunities to grow not only in their own training, but also in the way they lead and contribute to the dancers coming behind them.
