the weather said “stay home” 🌧️… we said absolutely NOT! we still showed UP and showed OUT! So proud of everyone who came out, got moving, and made it happen regardless of the weather!! we didn’t let it stop us👏🏽

Wednesdays are for RUN CLUB 🏃🏽‍♀️🤍

This week, BODY ART RUN CLUB | BARC Lake Charles got even BIGGER! Huge thank you to Electrolit for keeping the crew hydrated and showing love to our community. 💦👏🏽

So proud of what this is growing into new faces, familiar faces, families, different fitness levels… everybody just showing up, moving, connecting and having a good time. 🫶🏽

And this isn’t even everybody that came out!
