HUGE SHOUT-OUT to Breezy for putting in the CONSISTENT WORK to get these results! Even though the weight stayed the same over the last 2 weeks, the body fat % went down and the muscle mass increased - THAT'S PROGRESS! Plus, her clothes are fitting looser & she's feeling better overall! Way to go Breezy-Bree!!!!

Progress is seeing the numbers move the way you want them to. Progress is sometimes slow, but as long as you're disciplined and consistent, it will continue. And when the numbers go the wrong way, it's temporary not permanent. Stay focused on the long term goal and keep pushing.
