AAU Track and Field

AAU Track and Field One of the oldest sports in the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU), the oldest and one of the LARGEST non-profit multi-event sports organizations in the US.

The AAU Track & Field program offers opportunities for athletes of all ages, in all skill levels to compete in Cross Country, Indoor Track & Field, and Outdoor Track & Field. Events are held throughout the country, including district championships, regional qualifiers, Primary Nationals and Club Championships and the AAU Junior Olympic Games, the largest youth track and field meet in the United States each year.

The NextGen - AAU Primary Track & Field Invitational has been designed to promote the AAU Track & Field Grass Roots Programs. It also gives these athletes the opportunity to compete in single age groups 5, 6, 7 and 8 years old.

Qualifying for the Junior Olympic Games
The top Six (6) place finishers and relay teams from all age groups combined (5, 6, 7, 8) will qualify for the 2026 National AAU Junior Olympic Games - Des Moines, Iowa

Entry Fee
An entry fee of $25.00 per contestant MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE. There will not be any entries done by mail. All declarations and scratches will be done at www.athletic.net. All relays and multi events will be entered online as well.

The entry deadline is midnight EST on Monday, May 25th. Online entry is provided by www.athletic.net
