🟣 Some moments feel open.

Like nothing needs to be added.
Nothing needs to be figured out.

Just… this.

And then there are moments when it feels a little further away.

Trying to make sense of things.
Looking for something more.

That happens.

Nothing is missing.

Sometimes it’s just a moment to let go a little.

If this feels familiar, we’ll share a few simple ways to work with it next 💜

🟢 Some moments feel easy.

You give.
You receive.
With others.
And within yourself.

And connection just flows.

And then there are moments when it doesn’t feel that way.

You might give a lot to others, but not offer yourself the same care.

Or struggle to receive — from others, or even from yourself.

Or you hold back altogether.

That’s part of being human.

We all move in and out of that balance.

And sometimes, it takes a little awareness and a little practice to come back to it.

If this feels familiar, we’ll share a few simple ways to work with it next 🟢
