Join us for a comprehensive clinic focused on developing a deeper understanding of the Sn**ch and Clean and Jerk. We’ll also break down targeted accessory exercises designed to correct common movement faults.

At the end of the session, there will be dedicated time for questions and individual feedback.

This clinic will be led by Tim Rawlings, a National-level weightlifter with 15 years of competitive experience. Tim is a multiple-time Masters National and Pan American Champion and has earned both silver and bronze medals at the Masters World Championships.
