Writing two months of practice plans for the first time in 18 months is just what I needed in my life right now.

Looking forward to Team Handball Academy taking the court again tomorrow for the first time of the pandemic. We run from 7:00 to 8:30 tomorrow night at Canlan Sportsplex in Lake Barrington. Illinois restrictions have been lifted, so expect to run, gun and have fun.

I am really looking forward to seeing faces old and new, including some I've traveled to all part of the globe together. Interested athletes (women and men) looking to get off the couch and get back into the game should PM me ASAP for details. Let's play!

PTH is hitting the road and spreading the word!

In an effort to truly grow the sport of team handball, we have divided the Chicago-area into five distinct zones:

Zone 1: Suburban Northwest
Zone 2: City North
Zone 3: Suburban River Valley
Zone 4: City Central
Zone 5: Suburban West

In Zone 1, for example, we have targeted 83 elementary schools (purple), 28 middle schools (yellow), and 15 high schools (blue) for services, which include curriculum (Play Team Handball®), professional development, and entry into mini handball festivals and Windy City Team Handball League.

Our website will be live soon, including registration for all of our training and development programs, competitions, and camps. Stay tuned!
