Aloha, Paddling ʻOhana!

We’re excited to share that ALL Palafamala Paddles are officially approved for the 2026 HCRA State Championship Regatta this Saturday! This was confirmed at the HCRA Board meeting on July 25.

Be sure to stop by the Palafamala tent throughout the day! We’ll have our latest paddles, apparel, and merchandise on display, and we’d love to meet you, answer questions, and talk story.

We’ve received many messages from family, friends, and customers with questions about recent paddle rulings and whether their Palafamala paddles would still be eligible for racing.

We’re happy to share that all Palafamala paddles purchased by you and your keiki remain officially legal for use in HCRA and OCHRA events, including major races and regattas such as the Hawaiʻi State Championship Regatta, Nā Wahine O Ke Kai, Molokaʻi Hoe, Duke Kahanamoku, Dad Center Race, and more.
