The first thing most people notice is that nobody’s in a hurry. Our guides aren’t trying to tick off a checklist of fish and get you back to the boat. They’re the type to hang back at an eel hole because you seemed curious, or to slow down so you can actually watch the turtle instead of swimming past it.
They know this reef the way you know your neighborhood, where the eagle rays tend to glide through, which ledge the white tips like, where the light’s good. And because we keep it to six divers per guide, you’re never just part of a group. They learn your name, they notice if you’re a little nervous, and they make sure the experience works for you specifically.
