🎯 Safety Bar Box Squats
🎯 Landmine Press
🎯 DB Shoulder Press Sitting (challenge trunk stability)
🎯 Assault Bike (burn 20 cal fast as possible)

🎾 HIGH PERFORMANCE GROUP TENNIS CONDITIONING‼️

Are you a competitive youth tennis player looking for ways to improve reactivity and movement efficiency?

Tennis demands constant, explosive movement in every direction - often in positions that are completely unorthodox.

Here are just a few exercises that can boost athletic performance if done efficiently.

*Drills in reel:

⚫️ Shuttle Test 4 hits
⚫️ Reactivity with time delay
⚫️Modified 5-10-5 (can be done in the middle of the doubles alley but in most cases tennis players are not always reaching top speed in that area of the court therefore it is optimal to have the pods on the singles line to emphasize more acceleration, deceleration, brake & turn)

This 13 year old athlete trains 4x a week with VORTEX SPORTS PERFORMANCE. Three of those sessions are at 6am before he gets ready for school. There is no secret or magic pill, there are no shortcuts to true and honest hard work.

The time you spend complaining, is also the same time you could spend working. Spend your time wisely.
