At first glance, solo rounds may seem unrelated to partnership dancing, but they are actually some of the most valuable training we do. Dancing alone leaves no place to hide. It asks us to take full responsibility for our balance, movement, timing, expression, and connection to the music.
The stronger we become as individuals, the more we can contribute when we come together as a partnership.
