Olympica helps physically and mentally prepare children of all ages and skill levels for success in other sports. Gymnastics instruction develops coordination, strength, flexibility, and quickness while it promotes concentration skills and self-discipline in the young child. Many former OGA members have used their gymnastics training to excel in other sports such as diving, pole vaulting, football

, baseball, and water polo to name a few. We are living in difficult and tumultuous times where children are far-too-easily exposed to negative influences, and OGA offers a healthy alternative where children can grow and achieve to their greatest potential. Our Level 8-10s had an amazing showing at the Region 1 Championships in Pleasanton, CA this past weekend! Their hard work earned them top podium finishes and personal bests! Shout out to Level 8, Audrey Jackson, for winning 1st Place on Beam and to Level 9, Samantha Hayes, for qualifying to the Western National Championships! We are so proud of you all!
