Everyone meet Michael Redoglia, our newest addition to the Flex personal trainer family. 💪

With 10 years of experience, Mike specializes in corrective exercise, fitness nutrition, and recovery-based training.

Mike is the definition of resilient. After 3 major reconstructive leg surgeries, and having to learn how to walk again twice, he never let that keep him away from his love for the gym.

We’re excited to have a trainer like him on the team, and looking forward to seeing his clients reach their goals 💪
