Owner, Erin O'Malley brings to the water her life long love of athletics and adventure, woven in with her 10 years of yoga teaching. The medium of the stand up paddle servers to launch both your yoga and your workout to a whole new realm. Stand up paddle boarding is just like yoga, it will meet you right where you are at. It's never too late to invite something new into your routine!
