warm-up equipment!

lots of squeezing and, yes, lots of balls😂 all used to warm up and activate those muscles before a workout!

we put the smaller balls between our knees and do crunches and under our lower backs for leg lifts.

we put the ring between our knees to do crunches as well or between a hand and opposite knee to focus on obliques.

we sit on the yoga ball and open up the hip flexors by rotating around on the ball.

who said warming up can't be fun?

we don't forget about glutes out here, and we make sure to use a variety of equipment to tone that t***y!

with ankle weights and weight bars, you're able to add a slight bit of weight to your b***y, and with resistance bands you can tone and engage those glute muscles!

it's important to have a balance, and that's why i always recommend incorporating these pieces of equipment during a workout🏋️‍♀️
