Marist Equestrian Team The purpose of the Marist Equestrian Team is to bring together students with a love for horses and riding.

We compete against other colleges in our region in the IHSA and are considered a club sport at Marist College.

🎉Congratulations to our Marist Equestrian Team for earning Reserve Champion at their Intercollegiate Horse Shows Association Season Opener! 🏆 Junior Christina Titto, Sophomore Julia Reid and Freshman Ana Lattanzio all earned wins 🥇in their classes to lead the way, with many other top performances! And it was Captain Alexa’s birthday! 🎁 🎶 The entire team was impressive in their group effort to host this show, and it made us as coaches excited about the year ahead! Thank you to all who helped, and especially to our wonderful horses that make this possible for the student- athletes! Next stop Centenary University Equestrian Center 🔜! Go Red Foxes! 🦊🐴❤️

Super proud of these ladies representing Marist Equestrian Team at IHSA Zone 3 Finals! 🎉 They both both rode beautifully and confidently, with Cecilia earning 🥉 in Open Flat, and Rory beating her competition to earn🥇 and book her trip to IHSA Nationals in Kentucky next month! 🏆

Congratulations to our Marist Equestrian Team on hosting a cold and snowy, but very successful doubleheader this weekend! ❄️🥶

Marist won 10 classes🥇, Seniors Cecilia and Emma each earned High Point Rider tricolors 🏆 and Marist was Reserve Champion College at both shows! 🎉

Thank you to SUNY New Paltz, Faith and Lorena for sharing your horses, and to all the wonderful 🦄 that made this and every Intercollegiate Horse Shows Association show possible! Much gratitude to everyone at Crosswinds Equestrian Center for all their help always! 💕

News flash! 📣 The IHSA Annual Board Meeting was this weekend and there are exciting things coming out of it! The United States Hunter Jumper Association - USHJA, a wonderful sponsor of the IHSA, will host a career fair and a reception on Friday, May 5, 2023 during IHSA Nationals at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY.
