1. No class this week ☹️ (I’ll be out of town for work.)
2. We have some exciting news!! Zumba is coming back to LaGrange Internal Medicine! We will be alternating Zumba and Strong by Zumba every other week. Starting on October 9, we will have Zumba on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 6. On October 16, we will have Strong by Zumba on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays. Stay tuned to this page for calendar updates! Each class is $5 or $20 for the month.
Looking forward to seeing everyone next week!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Labor Day weekend! Join me tonight at 6:00 in the lobby of LaGrange Internal Medicine for the newest HIIT style workout. Bring water, a mat or towel, and get ready for an awesome workout! (Feel free to bring a friend!) $5 per class or $20 for the month.
