🚨 PHASE 2: ECCENTRIC LOADING 🚨

We’re officially stepping into the ECCENTRIC phase of our Basketball Prep Program using the 💪🏽

Before we level up… we TEST.

Our athletes just completed their pre-testing, including:
🏀 Countermovement Jump (CMJ)
🏀 Depth Jump
🏀 Single-Leg CMJ

This is how we measure REAL development — not guessing, but tracking explosive power, force absorption, and unilateral performance.

Now it’s time to build…
