The Oaks Gun Club

The Oaks Gun Club The Oaks Gun Club is an outdoor recreation facility featuring a 12 Station Sporting Clay Course.

We have regular weekend shoots from March through the summer as well as host Corporate events, private parties, and fundraising tournaments.

*UPDATE*
CLOSED 8/3…The radar is showing rain this afternoon just shortly after we open for a couple if hours & the course is already soaked from yesterday’s downpour. We hope yall have a great week & fingers crossed the sun is out for the next Sunday we open!

As the hotter summer days approach we are bringing back our course summer hours for 2025! The dates shown is when our course will be OPENED (obviously pending the weather conditions). LAST SUNDAY SHOOT of the 2025 year will be August 31, as Dove season begins the beginning of September. We appreciate everyone coming out each Sunday to shoot & look forward to seeing y’all this summer 😎

Instead of another manic Monday, it’s ANOTHER rainy Sunday! Although it may clear up this afternoon, our course will be closed today 6/8!
We can’t wait to see y’all next weekend to celebrate all the dads for Father’s Day!

It may be a little muddy & the grass might be a tad high but we can thank all the rain we’ve got the past few weeks for that! 😎

Happy Sunday y’all!
Even though it looks like it’s going to clear up this afternoon, our course took on a lot of water from all the rain yesterday & this morning. We made the decision to close the course for today 5/18. We’re sorry if we ruined any Sunday funday plans! We hope y’all have a great week & Memorial Day weekend! 😎

Thank y’all for such a successful day yesterday and another great year at Log a Load! We can’t wait to see how much money was raised for the Children’s Hospital here in a few weeks!

The weather doesn’t know what it wants to do today! we’re watching radars from all the different weather apps trying to determine if the weather will play nice & let us open!
At the moment we plan to open! BUT will continue to monitor the weather!
