These past few weeks I’ve hardly had the time or opportunity to ride. Either working, real bad weather or a finger looking like a 🦔. Now that the dust has settled I’m excited to get that fitness back!

You can just imagine the excitement when my favorite wheel/component and now bike company let me in on a little secret. A dream actually!

This bike is unreal and ticks every single box. It’s exactly what you’d expect from ENVE; hand built in Utah with the utmost attention to detail and quality given to each part.

Fast. Light. Rigid. And can run up to 35mm tires for when you’re feeling rowdy.

This is especially relevant for the training period ahead (off season / winter base). Don’t neglect the basics or think they’re not as important as the top-end work. It’s the day after day, week after week, month after month grind that all add up and result in you achieving your success.

Throwback to Driedaagse van West-Vlaanderen. Managed to get a top 20 here, just 5 seconds off a top 10. 🚀

In 2015 things just seemed to click. I got top 20’s in a couple of short TT’s at Driedaagse, Circuit de la Sarthe & Tour of California, each time just a couple of seconds closer to that top 10.
