Did you know Father’s Day was founded at the YMCA? In 1910, Sonora Smart Dodd held the very first Father’s Day celebration at the Spokane YMCA to honor her dad - a single father who raised six children. Her love for her father sparked a national tradition that we still celebrate today!

Today, we continue to celebrate and support fathers, father figures and families of all kinds - building strong communities together.

Join us in welcoming our new director, Will Moskal!

Will loves bringing people together through sports and creating a fun, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the doors. With a background in sports facility operations, league management, and program development, he is passionate about helping players of all ages and skill levels enjoy the game, improve their skills, and connect with others.

Whether someone is brand new to pickleball or a seasoned player, his goal is to ensure every visit to the Pickleball Center is a positive and enjoyable experience both on and off the court.
