Our staff is made up of technically trained and nationally competitive dancers and outst

anding fitness instructors. We have all come together with one common goal, which is to help you and your children achieve your dance and fitness goals. Our classes for both dance & fitness are designed to motivate, develop, and inspire people all ages.

Big things are happening at 736 N 9th Street! We celebrated a ribbon cutting Thursday for Studio b newest expansion — and honestly, this one feels personal.

Studio b's owner, Brooke Hardebeck, grew up the daughter of a single mom raising three kids, and dance lessons just weren't in the budget. So she taught herself. Show choir, theatre, cheerleading, dance team — whatever door was open, she walked through it, and she'd even ask friends who did take studio lessons to teach her what they'd learned. Owning a dance studio someday became a childhood dream, not just to teach dance, but to make sure no kid got left out because their family couldn't afford it.

Fast forward to today: Studio b has been Greater Lafayette's Best Dance Studio every year since it opened in 2014, runs a scholarship program built on Brooke's own story, and just expanded its home on 9th Street to welcome even more dancers into the family.

“We began with 52 students and a dream, and now we have over 500 dancers that are a part of our program,” said Brooke on Thursday.

This is what small business looks like in Greater Lafayette — one person's dream, built class by class, into something that shapes hundreds of kids' confidence and community. Congratulations, Studio b! We can't wait to see who walks through your doors next. 💃
