SO I took my InBody analysis at Benny's two weeks ago.
My Skeletal Muscle Mass was 122.4. Made me think what Happens if I do not live the Fit Life. After 35 years old, You will lose at least 1% of skeletal muscle mass every year. This loss will increase as you get older.
Did you know? Muscle mass is responsible for activity like walking, sitting, standing, actually living.
By 45, I would lose 12.5 lbs of muscle mass
By 55, I would lose at least 25 lbs of muscle mass.
By 65, I would lose 40 lbs of muscle mass.
Did you know? Muscle mass is responsible for activity like walking, sitting, standing, actually living. Without exercise you increase your chances to need assistance to walk like, cane, walker, hoveround!

So when people tell me I am too old for that! I respond with the opposite, YOU ARE TOO OLD NOT TO EXERCISE!

3) Have Goals - apply discipline and Consistency to achieve them.

Fit Life Truth

The Beginning is a Challenge for Change. The beginning of your Fitness Journey can be HARD! This is because CHANGE is hard. The Human Body is very adaptive which we will use to our advantage, but at the beginning this makes it hard to make changes. Our mind and body is used to your life, whether it is good, bad, or ugly. For Example; Just like your body will cough to reject that 1st cigarette drag, after consistently smoking it will reject to quitting ci******es. When changing your nutrition, you will have withdrawal symptoms when decreasing sugar, carbs, or other foods. If you led a life of inactivity, your body will feel soreness and tightness when introducing activity.
Make sure when starting your journey you are following a program that understand the hurdles that are in front of you and prepares you successfully cross those hurdles.
