Hello XC Families,
This Saturday will be our final full squad DAL meet at Hidden Valley Park in Martinez. All athletes should arrive one hour prior to their race time.
Here is the roster for the meet and the schedule of events is as follows:
1:00pm - FSB
1:30pm - FSG
2:00pm - JVB
2:30pm - JVG
3:00pm - VB
3:30pm - VG
4:00pm - Awards Ceremony
Please plan to attend the awards ceremony which should not be missed! The top 10 athletes in each non-varsity race and the top 14 athletes in the varsity races will be recognized as all-league selections. Podium teams in each division will also be recognized. There will be medals galore!
DAL Championship t-shirts will be available for purchase. This is how the league pays for the extra awards, so please support the t-shirt sales!

Participation Fee-$190 through The Acalanes Webstore
The Fall season is wrapping up but it isn't too late to support our student athletes in the program. We want to thank all of you that paid the contribution on the Webstore for your financial support. These funds are important to providing everyone in the program with the most positive experience possible. If you have not paid the contribution, we encourage your participation. The contribution is not mandatory, but is greatly appreciated.

Boosters Bash and Raffle Tickets
The annual Boosters Bash is our biggest athletic fundraiser of the year and will be held on April 27. There are three different ways to help support this event:
1) Each athlete is asked to sell 5 raffle tickets for $10 each. If your athlete has not gotten them, look for Adam after practice on Tuesdays. They may return the money and stubs to Adam on Tuesdays or via his athlete Beth Hamalian. 50% of all proceeds comes back to Xcountry. If we get 100% participation, we get to throw a pizza party.
2) We are looking for two volunteers to represent XC for the Booster Bash, the main annual fundraiser for the boosters. It will be April 27. Planning starts after the first of the year.
3) Donations for a) a team basket, b) additional items for the silent auction and c) bigger ticket items for the live auction.
