What is boot camp you ask?

Power Gem Boot Camp is a high-energy, station-based workout that combines strength, cardio, and ab circuit training led by Crystal Bridgewater participants move from station to station, challenge yourself, and keep your heart pumping in a fun and exciting atmosphere. Surrounded by an amazing community, you’ll push your limits, build strength, and leave feeling empowered 💪🏾🫶🏾

Good morning Gems 💎
I am making this post with the heaviest heart and tear filled eyes 🥹🥹🥹. August will officially be the last month that Power Gem is open. Thank you to everyone who has supported me at any point along this journey. I hope that the Gem has brought just as much light to you all as it’s done for me. Being a gym owner has always been my passion, unfortunately it’s just not in the cards for me right now. All classes will proceed as scheduled this month. Please drop by even if it’s just to say hello before we close.

Thanks again for all of your support and hopefully this isn’t a goodbye but a see you later. I am so grateful for this experience and opportunity to know all of you.
