This is the perfect place to sit in your own skin, feel the beauty of your nature, and evolve the courage it takes to become the YOU… You have always known you innately ARE. Perhaps we shouldn’t be, but we are shocked by some of the negative responses to our recent post about Evalie’s Yinclusivity class, which uses neuroscience and her dissertation on lgbtq issues to support the Q***r community and allies. Most of these responses were outside of our followers, but one was not. The class was sarcastically dismissed by some and accused of “grooming” by another.

We are a Q***r owned and operated studio with a growing emphasis on social justice of all kinds. If you are not practicing supporting marginalized groups then how are you truly practicing the path of yoga? We are moving Evalie’s Yinclusivity class to Tuesdays at 5 pm. Evalie has founded programs in LGBTQ studies and is currently working on her dissertation on the topic. This yin and restorative class focuses on helping the central nervous system heal and develop resilience to cultural trauma, for members of the community and committed allies alike.

We are thrilled to begin offering a new weekly virtual Vinyasa class, “Stronger Together Vinyasa,” by Ashley Stidfole, beginning Friday March 24th at 8am Mountain Time. Ashley is a graduate of our advanced 300 hour teaching program and one of our all time favorite people. This will be a great way to get blood flowing in the morning within a supportive, community approach, but there will always be the option of receiving the video if that sounds too early! 😆

We have an amazing Anjali Restorative immersion training happening this weekend with Shannon and Evalie!

Anjali is a subtle, full spectrum body of work geared to inspire wellness, mindfulness and the meditation current.

This comprehensive method uses a fusion of restorative yoga practices, meditation and mindfulness to encourage gentleness, suppleness and a calm focus.

This is a wonderful addition to your personal explorations and studies or to incorporate into your current teaching repertoire.

Thanks to newest blanket of snow, we have the perfect setting for the final class in Ronda’s yin and restorative yoga series.

This one is all about finding peace in the pause. Through a blend of yin and restorative yoga we will turn inward to find harmony and renewal in the “in-between” moments. This practice will be enhanced by the warmth and comfort of heated basalt stones and a soothing guided meditation.

Allow time and space for your body and mind to deeply relax - this Saturday from 5-6:30.

How about sitting in circle, diving deep, honoring your truths and connecting with amazing women under the lunar energy of the new moon? We are adding in new moon circles to complement our full moon ceremonies and our first one is this Saturday @ 7PM.

Drawing upon the different energies through out the phases of moon ~ setting intentions & releasing what no longer serves you along the way ~ provides insightful opportunities for personal growth and meaningful connection with a community of women also mindfully charting their path.

Through a combination or restorative poses and the frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, Liz will guide you to a place of calm and peace within.
