For you: you’re able to view your weekly workouts, see video demonstrations if you’re unfamiliar, look through thousands of recipes (this particular client doesn’t have the nutrition plan), and view all of the workouts in your plan💃

For me: you are able to rate the workouts and leave me notes to see if I need to modify anything or let’s me know if I need to push you harder or slack off *a tiny bit*😉.

The app also tracks about how long a workout should take and it let’s me know how long it took YOU to complete.

Not shown is the option for a video call should you get a plan that we FaceTime for your workouts.

Consistency will.

If your plan isn’t realistic for your life, you won’t stick to it.

Your routine should:
* Fit your schedule (not fight it)
* Be simple enough to repeat weekly
* Focus on progress, not perfection
