💣⚾️ 2D Cajun World Series Update ⚾️💣

The Bombers kicked off tournament play with a hard-fought **8-7 victory** over SWLA Pelicans! 💙🔥

The boys jumped out to an early lead, building an 8-3 advantage before the Pelicans made a late push. But the Bombers stayed composed and found a way to get the job done!

💥 Riggins D ripped a double down the left field line
💥 Andrew H reached base and swiped **3 stolen bases**
💥 The Bombers were aggressive on the basepaths, stealing **10 bases** as a team
💥 Ben S got the start on the mound, striking out **6** and pitched an amazing game up until the LAST OUT OF THE GAME
💥 Hunter O came in to help close things out

Hits were collected by James J, Hunter O, Ben S, Riggins D, Andrew H, and Hudson J as the offense stayed productive throughout the game.

A win is a win, and these boys showed they can battle when things get tight! 💪⚾

The LA Bombers are headed to St. Julien Park in Broussard this weekend for the Cajun World Series Starting today!!!

This is the LAST tournament of the season, and these boys are ready to leave it all on the field! 💙⚾

They’ve worked hard all season, battled through tough competition, made memories, and grown together as a team. Now it’s time for one last run.

🌴⚾ Gulf Coast World Series 2026 ⚾🌴

8 games in 5 days (3-being back-to-back)

These boys showed grit, teamwork, resilience, and a true love for the game every step of the way. 💙💣

They held their own against some very talented teams, battled their way into the Top 4, and represented Louisiana well all week long.

Did we bring home the championship? No.

Did we make memories, grow as a team, and have an absolute blast doing it? Absolutely. 💪⚾🏖️

Sometimes the scoreboard doesn’t tell the whole story. This week was about friendships, growth, overcoming adversity, and competing with heart.

Top 4 at the Gulf Coast World Series isn’t too shabby… and well, we just got to hit the beach a little earlier than planned! 😎🏖️

Proud of these boys, proud of these coaches, and thankful for all the families who made this trip so special.

After battling through the losers bracket and knocking off the #9, #2, and #1 seeds yesterday, the LA Bombers are still standing and still fighting! 💣💙

Today is the final day of the Gulf Coast World Series, and the path is simple:

These boys have shown heart, grit, and resilience all week long. They’ve played through pressure, adversity, and some incredible competition—and they’re not done yet.

💣⚾ Gulf Coast World Series Update ⚾💣

Bracket play didn’t go the way we hoped this afternoon, but this team isn’t done yet.

The Bombers came up short in today’s matchup, which means we’ll be back on the field bright and early Thursday morning with a chance to fight our way back through the bracket.

One thing about these boys—they never quit. They’ve battled through tough opponents, long days, Florida heat, and adversity all season long. Tomorrow is another opportunity to show what Bombers baseball is all about. 💙⚾

💣⚾ Gulf Coast World Series Update ⚾💣

The Bombers wrapped up pool play with a 1-1 record and earned the #3 seed heading into bracket play.

Monday’s opener was a big 9-1 win over R.I.P. IT, with the boys collecting 12 hits and playing solid baseball from start to finish.

Tuesday brought a tough matchup against BHBC Elite. The boys battled back to tie the game 3-3 before BHBC pulled away late. Even in the loss, our players never stopped competing, supporting each other, and fighting until the final out.

As parents, that’s what makes us proud. Wins are exciting, but watching these boys grow, battle through adversity, and play for each other is what this journey is really about.
