Welcome Anna to the R4iCF team! We are excited to have Anna coaching at Reach4it as she begins a career of helping others in physical wellness.

As an aspiring physical therapist and current Kinesiology student at Kansas State University, fitness and injury prevention has become the forefront of Anna’s life. As a CrossFit coach, she hopes to inspire her athletes to feel capable, confident, and strong in every aspect of life.

Outside of the gym, Anna can be found studying, working as a physical therapy tech or strength intern, and spending time with her friends and family. And, for the record, her favorite workouts are the ones spent with a heavy barbell (and her dad, of course).

One of Michael’s favorite quotes is, “ If you have a body, you are an athlete.” - Bill Bowerman. Michael’s goal when he became a CF-L1 Trainer was to push people to become better versions of themselves and watch them grow and develop the into athlete they were meant to be.
