We had two freshmen step up at the Sumner County Championship yesterday and snag 3rd place finishes!!🥉🥉

Makayla Stringer threw 28’ 4” in the shot put to capture third.

Austin Ashabranner jumped 18’ 3.5” to take third in the Long Jump.

This fantastic group ended the ‘23 Cross Country season yesterday at the Region 5 AAA Championship! Endings are always bittersweet, especially for our 9 seniors, but we are looking forward to seeing the great things they do and what the future holds for them!

Placed 2nd overall, with a 1-5 team average of 25:09!

Fun night at Welch College for our crew! Thanks to Station Camp for hosting!

Our ladies finished in 4th place with some of our best running so far this season.

Junior Adah Tomlinson made some moves in the race to finish 10th in 23:59.

Still awaiting the results from the guys race and need to compare numbers, but it looks like we ended the night with several season bests and a couple of PRs!
