Athlete hitting some front squat cluster sets.

Cluster sets allow athletes to experience high intensity lifting without staying under too much tension.

A good cluster set example:

4 sets:

5, 1, 1, 1, 1

Hit a heavy set of 5, then 4 singles with a 15 second rest in between
