Don't just figth hard, fight SMART. If people are giving you verbal s**t, get a pocket tape recorder and let it roll. At the very least it will prove to your lawyer that you were severely provoked. You DO have a lawyer, right? What do you say to the cops? Yes No Sir and Maam. Who talks to the cops? Your lawyer does.
If somebody is giving you a lot of s**t, put together an intelligence file- where they live, their credit score, general reputation, clubs or gang membership ie who is likely to come after you if you take them down. Very often it is not necessary to hit them physically or kill them to get them off your back. Does he have a mistress? Is she sleeping with another man? Is he secretly gay or bi? Also assess your own vulnerabilities.
