The Ecology Center Lauryn taught her very first FIT4MOM class as an instructor, and it happened to fall during our Space Adventure Camp week. 🚀

The theme may have been space, but Lauryn was the real adventure. She jumped right in, connected with the moms, engaged the kiddos, and made the class her own.

Watching women grow, step outside their comfort zones, and become leaders in our village is one of my favorite parts of what I do. So proud of you, Lauryn. ❤️🌟

🌲🥾 Nature Explorers Week is off to a wild start!

Today we went backpacking through the forest - climbing mountains, hopping logs, crossing rivers, collecting pinecones, pitching a tent, chopping wood, and running through the trees.

Big adventures for little explorers, and a great workout for mama too. 💚
