Today we went backpacking through the forest - climbing mountains, hopping logs, crossing rivers, collecting pinecones, pitching a tent, chopping wood, and running through the trees.

Big adventures for little explorers, and a great workout for mama too. 💚

Happy Mother’s Day to the moms who show up tired, strong, emotional, resilient, loving… and still keep going.

This community is more than workouts. It’s a village of women lifting each other up through every season of motherhood. Watching you grow stronger - physically, mentally, and emotionally - is one of the greatest privileges of what I do.

Today we celebrate you. The snack-packers, stroller-pushers, multitaskers, comfort-givers, memory-makers, and everything-in-between moms.
