We are a 24-hour gym to all gym members and have tanning during office hours. Walk-ins are welcome otherwise you may call to schedule an appointment. We offer personal training, group fitness classes, and tanning at a reduced rate for all gym members.

Today we’re celebrating Vicki, who officially hit her 300th Thrive workout and wow, does she embody what it means to show up and give it everything she’s got.

Vicki brings 100% effort every single time she walks through the door, but just as powerful is her kind heart. She lifts up the people around her, and is truly a friend to everyone in the room. Her calming energy makes Thrive better.
